Thierman Construction Ltd. was established in 1984 by Don Thierman. Don's formal education includes an Architectural Technology diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), which he received in 1978. After graduating, Don continued to gain practical experience by working with several construction firms in the Edmonton area.

Thierman Construction has proven their performance and ability on a variety of projects. The company thrives on new challenges and has a versatile track record. Past projects include large scale renovations for Corbett Hall at the University of Alberta, and Forest Heights Elementary School, and new construction such as the Bennett Environmental Centre in the heart of Edmonton.

The company is diversified and willing to take on any challenge within the commercial building spectrum. Thierman Construction does all of their own concrete and carpentry work, and all of the staff are WHMIS trained. In addition, the company is certified through the Alberta Construction Safety Association.
